Mr. LoRicco was one of the founding principals and currently serves in a consulting capacity of counsel to the Firm. Carl graduated from Rutgers University and has extensive work experience in public accounting and private business ventures, as well as the Internal Revenue Service.

Carl has successfully represented his tax clients at most levels of appeals with the Internal Revenue Service and has been a leader in developing the tax and pension practice areas within the Firm.

Carl is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants. In addition to the business accomplishments, Carl has also taught at the college level and has served on the board of Directors of both regional and community banking organizations.
