Earl R. Nydam II graduated from Framingham State College receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and a minor in Finance. He is a member of the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries. Earl is continuing his education through American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries towards the designation of Certified Pension Consultant.

Earl relocated to Port Charlotte from Auburn, MA where he was employed working as a Plan Administrator and Compliance Analyst for more than seven years. His prior work experience also includes employment in human resources, payroll, and benefits administration. Earl’s practice area includes the following: qualified plan design, installation, preparation of qualified plan documents, qualified plan administration, and helping ensure the plan is run in compliance with ERISA and IRS regulations. This service is often done in conjunction with the client’s accountant and broker.
