A formal business appraisal can only be done by a licensed valuator. Appraisals are conducted under the standards set forth under the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts.

We also offer calculations or estimates of value. These computations are typically designed for our client's internal use. Estimated value computations are not conducted under the appraisal standards.
